Reservation/Deposit Requirements
One night’s deposit is required to guarantee your room reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. If you cancel your reservation more than 21 days before the arrival date, you will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. A minimum stay is required on weekends and holidays; please inquire. No refund for early departures or cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival unless the room is re-rented ($25 cancellation fee applies). Deposits may be made with: Money Order (U.S. Bank), Personal Check (30 days prior to arrival - US Bank only), or Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa).
Non-Smoking Rooms
All of our guest rooms and common areas are non-smoking in accordance with Boston city laws prohibiting smoking in hotels, guest houses and bed and breakfasts. We have outdoor decks where smoking is permitted.
Parking
For the convenience of our guests, Adams Bed and Breakfast rents off-street parking spaces for $20.00 per night. Parking spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of arrival. Once you get a parking space it's yours until you check-out; you may come and go with the car as often as you like. If our parking is sold out when you arrive, we will direct you to nearby public garages ($26-$32) for the first night.

Check-In
The Adams Bed and Breakfast staff is available from 8 AM until 11 PM. Guests arriving after 11pm must call in advance to arrange for a late check-in.
